We sell made-to-order printed books. Product pages identify the edition, translator, format and other material specifications available before purchase. Public-domain source texts remain public domain; our original design, typesetting, editorial material, product photography and branding remain protected to the extent permitted by law.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown or calculated before payment where supported. Payments are processed securely by Whop and its payment providers; full payment-card details do not touch our servers. Your order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and an order confirmation is issued.
Each book is printed to order. Production normally takes 3–5 business days. Tracked delivery normally takes 3–8 business days within the United States and 7–14 business days internationally after production. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before payment.
Because each book is printed for one reader, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. If a book arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, at your choice, and no return shipment is required for damaged goods. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Contact us immediately if an address or order detail is wrong. Once production begins, an order may no longer be changeable or cancellable. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or security systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use store content in a way that infringes another party's rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
These Terms do not limit any consumer protection that cannot legally be waived. If you are a consumer in the United States, you retain the mandatory protections available under applicable federal and state law. The law and forum applicable to a dispute will be determined by the rules that apply to the transaction and the parties.
We may update these Terms when the store, products or legal requirements change. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
