STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before you order

When will my order arrive?

Your book does not exist until you order it: each copy is printed, bound and checked individually. Production takes 3–5 business days; tracked delivery follows in 3–8 business days within the United States and 7–14 days internationally. The full estimate appears before you pay — no surprises after.

Are these abridged?

No. Each volume contains the complete, unabridged translation named on its product card — translator and year included — plus the historical context listed there. If a budget reprint usually strips it, we kept it.

Why buy text that is free online?

The text is free — and it should be. What is not free: knowing which translation you are actually reading (named, dated and rights-verified on every card), the introductions and critical notes budget reprints cut, typography set for hours of reading instead of cost per page, and a binding built to survive a decade of re-reading. A $12 paperback is a loan. This is the copy you keep.

What if my book arrives damaged?

That is on us. Email your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it — your choice. No return shipping required on damaged goods.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, with delivery estimates shown before you pay. More regions open edition by edition as rights and printing are verified.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Each book is printed for one reader, so change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted — the honest trade of print-on-demand. If anything is wrong with the book itself, we make it right, always.

Who is behind the Archive?

The Self-Mastery Archive is an independent archival publisher. Every edition's translator, year and rights status is listed on its product card — an archive shows its sources.
